Did You Wake Up On The Wrong Side of Bed?

 Sometimes we start of having a bad day, either receiving bad news
falling out of bed, stubbing our toe, being suddenly woken up.

Whatever has made you miserable at the beginning of the day
is also making your day a 'miserable day' unless you are
able to 'flip your emotional switch' and get back on
the positive side of the trace.
