As a leader we gave to be able to differentiate between leading and babysitting. Far too often you start out thinking your helping your team member by hand holding them through the process.
What your doing is building dependency. This often comes back to bite you hard. Instead coach your team members to become independent of you. Guide them to where the information they need is, then let them read up on things, learn things for themselves. As a coach, you should always be steering them to where they need to be.
Hold regular contact with your team members, teach them what you know. Done may become better than you in areas, that's when you know you have done your job well.
Encourage leadership amongst your team members, let others take the lead. It will help to building a string team of people dedicated to give value to others.
