Might I suggest that this is a MUST READ? If you're interested in how to
influence and persuade people, this book is brilliant. Plenty of new
methods and techniques that I'd never come across before.Nine chapters. I in particular liked the chapter SECRET SIGNALS on body language, what actually works (and doesn't work) when it comes to using eye contact, body movements, postures, handshakes and touch in order to influence people. Another chapter INVOKING THE IMAGINATION AND TELLING TALES highlighted ideas I've never come across: getting people to imagine themselves in situations can change their behaviour; also telling first-hand stories of our own experiences is more influential than using facts and statistics.
There's also a section at the back of the book THE INFLUENCE TOOLKIT that is like a summary of the whole book and focused specially on how to put the book's techniques into action. Recommended!

Fantastic, Brilliant, Informative,! The superlatives are endless as far
as i am concerned, it will be a timeless classic in years to come.I will be highly recommending this book to freinds and family, the only dissapontment was reading the last page.
If you are new to subject of influence and persuaion treat yourself and buy the book you certainly wont regret it!
